It’s that time of year again! April is Fair Housing Month and IPAK is partnering again this year with IREM to reach as many Landlord/Owners/Managers as possible. We have the pleasure of  hearing from Debra Carlton,  of CAA speak about relevant topics for today, new legislation for 2017 and upcoming legislation to look out for. We also have Alan Peake, Esq. Local Landlord/Tenant Attorney speaking on how to avoid a fair housing complaint.
